The Max E Tork & Turbo-Master combination provides 40-50 HP and 100 Foot Pound gains for Towing Applications.

Heath Diesel’s Max E Tork Programs are fully integrated, and tailored per order to the customer’s application. The programs improve the transmission functions, as well as improving both the Fuel Curve and the Timing Curve. The Turbo-Master boost controller provides 15 psi under full throttle applications. It allows the turbo to run much more efficiently and improves turbo responsiveness as well. These upgrades also help lower exhaust temperature and commonly improve fuel mileage.

The Super Flow Exhaust is a 4" turbo back system, that is all mandrel bent - thick walled aluminized steel. The thick walled aluminized steel provides a quality sound out back, but keeps the noise out of the cab. -

The Hi-Flow Crossover Pipe is a 2.5" mandrel bent using the same aluminized steel. It has a pyro bung pre welded with a plug for gauge installation. It is a 2 piece design and includes new gaskets and bolts for an easy - clean installation.

The Super Cool Kit includes:

  • Heath's Water Pump

  • 21" 9 Blade Fan
  • Proper Thermostats
  • Gaskets 

This kit is the solution to the 6.5 Turbo Diesel overheating issues. From the factory the cooling system was barely adequate for regular driving, so any kind of weight would drive the engine temperature beyond the 210 mark. With this kit you'll be able to work the truck hard, and keep the engine under 210 no matter what you're doing.

Heath Diesel's Hurricane 7 is a complete, upgrade center section for the factory Chevy 6.5L 92-00 GM Turbochargers.

It has Heath's unique, billet compressor wheel on an upgrade and perfectly balanced center section.

When combined with the Max E Tork & Turbo-Master you'll see a 20-25 HP gain and 45 FP at the flywheel, as well as better turbo spool time, improved fuel mileage and lower exhaust temperatures.
