Full set of MAHLE pistons, pins, rings, and locks. MAHLE makes the best piston for the 6.2L/6.5L engine. MAHLE uses proprietary materials and processes to make a product of unsurpassed quality. Pistons are available only in 21.5 compression and in Std, .020, .030, .040 bore sizes. If you are rebuilding a 6.2L engine, consider boring it out to a Std 6.5L. These engines don't tend to wear out the cylinder walls, for most all builds a .020 piston will work perfect.

We make an extremely heavy duty wrist pin bushing for the 6.5L engines, these bushings are made from the same material used to make Nascar wrist pin bushings. The factory bushing is a relatively soft material that requires being bored to the proper dimension, in most areas its very difficult to find a pin boring machine. Our bushings are top quality and a much harder material that can be honed to the final dimension, which makes these a must for any engine build. These bushings are installed and honed or bored to a final clearance of .0004" no exceptions. Do not allow the machinist to add clearance for "oil cushion" this takes away your thrust contact area and will severely shorten the life of your engine. These are the very same bushings we used in the Bonneville Land Speed Truck making over 500hp

Heath Diesel's HT4 Performance Camshaft for 1993-2000 6.5L Diesel Trucks.The HT4 Performance Camshaft is a Towing & Performance upgrade for the 6.5L Diesel Trucks. It's one that makes a noticeable difference in drivability and power, but its biggest gain is showing noticeably lower exhaust temperature and gains in fuel mileage.The HT4 Cam shows gains of 20 HP and 40 FP at the flywheel. It does require a Max E Tork tune to work properly.The camshaft core must be returned in good condition, without wear on the gear or damage to the lobes. $429 plus a refundable $150 core
